Hello, I'm from London and I absolutely love staying at hotels with free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the hotel was immaculately clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I was delighted to find that the shower had great water pressure and always had hot water. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, shops, bars, and attractions. the room even had tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch. the late check-out we were granted on New Year's Day was a wonderful gesture of excellent customer service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely book here again. It truly made my trip to Blackpool unforgettable.
